Steve Vukovic, CRA is president and founder of Advanced Real Estate Services. Steve currently holds the professional designation of CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) awarded by the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is a member in good standing. Steve has 25 years’ experience working throughout Greater Vancouver/Fraser Valley having personally completing over 12,000 residential appraisals.

Steve has a wide range of real estate consulting experience including residential appraisal, general contracting, carpentry, and real estate sales.

Steve is a licensed representative with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

Steve completed the University of British Columbia’s Urban Land Economics Diploma program in 1998 specializing in Appraisal.

Steve has extensive residential construction experience as a general contractor and carpenter from 1988-1998
